I wasn’t always confident
I’m a therapist who understands the weight of growing up with emotionally immature parents and the struggle to set boundaries without guilt.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how those experiences can shape our lives in ways we don’t always realize. For a long time, I played small, held back, and felt like I wasn’t enough. But through my own therapy journey, I discovered the power of healing, setting boundaries, and stepping into my authentic self.
In 2020, I opened Empower You Solutions because I wanted to help women like you—women who are tired of carrying emotional wounds and ready to reclaim their peace, power, and purpose. I’ve worked with women across the globe who are ready to break free from the cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. Now, I help my clients embrace self-love, create healthier relationships, and step into the life they truly deserve.

I have dedicated years to training in Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and I’m always seeking out the latest techniques and treatments to help you make lasting changes in your life.
Most recently, I’ve trained in Narrative Therapy, which helps you explore and rewrite the stories you tell yourself about your life. This approach empowers you to shift your perspective, gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, and create new narratives that support healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
